Each has three bedrooms, open-plan living and decking that looks out across the lake.
The Manor
A bath in the main bathroom, and speakers built in
The six berth lodge. Three bedrooms: a king size main bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, and two twin rooms. The main bathroom is the only one on the site with a bath as well as a shower. The kitchen and living room run open-plan, with Bluetooth speakers built in, and the decking outside holds an outdoor dining set.

£500 for a three night weekend
Friday to Monday. Bank holiday weekends £750. A full week is £1,095, Saturday to Saturday.
Arbourthorne Lodge
Wrap-around decking, a walk-in wardrobe and the hot tub
Sleeps up to eight. Three bedrooms: a king size main bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and its own en-suite shower room, then two twin rooms with the main shower room alongside. A double sofa bed in the living room takes the last two. Full wrap-around decking with glass panels holds the view of the lake and carries an outdoor dining set, and it is the only lodge with a hot tub. The tub is drained, cleaned and refilled between bookings, and the safety rules are worth reading before you arrive.

Wybourn Lodge
The same eight-berth layout, with the lake framed in glass
Sleeps up to eight, on the same plan as Arbourthorne. A king size main bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and its own en-suite shower room, two twin rooms with the main shower room alongside, and a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen and living room run open-plan across twenty feet.

Two fishing pegs on the lake come with every lodge. All accommodation is non-smoking and non-vaping inside, though you are welcome to smoke on your own decking. The hot tub is at Arbourthorne Lodge only, and the washing machine and bath are in The Manor only. The Manor is currently our only pet friendly lodge, at £15 per dog per night. A barrel sauna can be booked alongside your stay, and group bookings may carry some restrictions, so please ask when you enquire. Safety guidance for the hot tub and barbecues is worth a look before you arrive.
The sauna
A barrel sauna you can book for your stay
A four person barrel sauna sits under the trees at the edge of the site, on its own raised deck. Inside there are facing timber benches and a stove, with a bucket and ladle for the stones. It is booked for the whole of your stay rather than by the session, so it is yours alone while you are here.

The sauna is £50 a night and is booked for the same nights as your lodge, so a three night stay is £150 and a full week is £350.
