Three lodges, one lake, and about three acres of Lincolnshire between the farmland and the coast.
The setting
Still water, open sky
Hogsthorpe Lakes sits on the outskirts of Hogsthorpe village, surrounded by arable farmland, with the Lincolnshire coast a short drive beyond. At its centre is a stocked coarse-fishing lake, and around it, three acres of grass, hedgerow and quiet.
The three lodges — The Manor, Arbourthorne Lodge and Wybourn Lodge — each face the water, with private decking set above it.
The lodges
Furnished for slow mornings
Each lodge has three bedrooms, open-plan living and a kitchen that works, with beds made up before you arrive. The layouts differ — where the decking wraps, how the main bedroom is arranged — but the view of the water is the constant.

The people
Run by the Reynolds family
Enquiries are looked after by the Reynolds family. Call with the dates you have in mind and one of them will pick up, and point you to the lodge that fits your group.
The site keeps its own residents too: a kestrel pair nests here, the mallards hold the jetties, and red admirals work the hedgerow in high summer.
